T-Port is a six-acre heavy marine construction and services support facility located on the Arthur Kill in Elizabeth, NJ, directly adjacent to the newly dredged, 50-foot-deep federal navigation channel. Developed by Trevcon, the facility is designed for transloading, mobilization, and material handling services to support marine activities in the region.

• Wharfage:
  • 420 LF high-load-capacity wharf (south end)
  • 200 LF high-load-capacity wharf (north end)
  • 1,800 LF of total deep-water wharfage and shoreline suitable for fleeting vessels and barges up to 120 ft in width
• Recycling Operations:
  NJDEP-licensed Class B recycling facility for concrete recycling, asphalt, soil, and timber material transfers.
• Shop Facilities:
  Fully enclosed, full-service repair shop capable of servicing a broad range of heavy construction equipment.
• Yard Space:
  Ample on-site capacity for equipment and material storage, as well as prefabrication activities.
