Trevcon has begun construction on the first and largest phase of the proposed Manhattan Greenway along the Harlem River. The scope entails the replacement of the existing relieving platform with a new, higher platform supported by driven and drilled piles. Trevcon looks forward to working with Hunter Roberts’s partners, the NYC Economic Development Corporation and Langan Engineering on this project to bring an abundance of waterfront green space to an underserved local community.
Fordham University is building a new waterfront facility near Villa Maria Academy in Eastchester Bay, which will include a designated nesting site for ospreys returning from South America this spring.
