Bring Your Kid to Work Day

What an unforgettable day we had at Bring Your Kid to Work Day! We kicked things off with a classic crowd-pleaser… pizza…then got the kids suited up in their very own PPE. You could see how excited they were to be “on the team” for the day.

One of the biggest highlights? Visiting the new Manitowoc MLC crane. The kids got to climb up into the cab, snap a group photo, and experience what it’s like to be behind the controls of some serious equipment. We had a few other machines out too so they could sit in the driver’s seat and check things out up close.

Back under the office, finger painting handprints onto our “Why We Care” banner, which turned into something pretty special. After that, it was time to dive into some construction-themed LEGO building (let’s be honest, some of the adults were just as into it).

We wrapped up the day by handing out certificates to all our little guests. Judging by the grins, we might’ve inspired a few future builders!

Huge shoutout to our yard crew for going above and beyond — the yard looked amazing, and your help throughout the day made it all possible.

Already looking forward to next year. Bigger, better, and even more fun!
