Trevcon Construction Co., Inc. designed and installed 1,040 LF of 46-foot wide and 800 LF of 30-ft wide temporary crane trestles which involved driving 276 temporary bearing piles to rock. We also furnished and installed four temporary braced steel sheet pile cofferdams for the construction of the new bridge piers. Our work also included driving three test piles and performing two 3,200-ton static pile load tests and one lateral pile load test. Lastly, we demolished and removed 28 existing 31-timber pile ice-breaker clusters, in preparation of installing the new bridge piers.
